Day 1: Arrive Addis Ababa

You will be welcomed at the airport by one of His-Cul Ethiopia Tours’ guide. Then drive to your hotel forcheck in. You will start your city tour at about 9:00 am. And the Ethnographic Museum, the NationalMuseum the St. George Cathedral Church and Addis Park are some of the attractions which you can visitthem today. Overnight stay in a hotel.

 

Day 2: Addis Ababa – Bahir Dar

Early morning, you will fly to Bahir Dar. After arrival, you will visit the marketplace in Bahir Dar. You willalso take boat tour on Lake Tana, the source of the Blue Nile to visit some of the ancient monasteries onthe same lake. Overnight stay in a hotel.

 

Day 3: Bahir Dar – Gondar

Drive from Bahir Dar to Gondar to see the Royal Enclosure, a UNESCO World Heritage site featuring five castles built by a succession of Ethiopian Kings beginning in the early 17th century and the church of Debre Birhan Selassie which is famous for its religious art especially its iconic ceiling depicting angels. Overnight stay in a hotel.

 

Day 4: Gondar –Axum

After breakfast, fly to Axum to see the ancient stelae fields and archeological sites. Overnight stay in ahotel.

 

Day 5: Axum – Lalibela

After breakfast, fly to Lalibela. Today you will visit the 11-Rock Hewn Churches of Lalibela which isconsidered as one of the 8 th Wonders of the World. Overnight stay in a hotel.

 

Day 6: Lalibela – Addis Ababa – Departure

Fly back to Addis Ababa, do your last minute shopping and finally, be transferred to the airport in theearly hours of the evening for your flight back to home.
